I ordered an item acouple weeks ago, and it hasn't arrived yet - where's my package?
While my shop system makes sure your order gets shipped within 24-48 hours, and I make sure the proper shipping service has been selected so you receive your order within the dates you requested, please note that once I've dropped your package off with the carrier service, the actual time it takes for it to arrive at your door is completely out of my control. I've found that while the majority of packages arrive on time, occasionally there is one that decides to take a scenic side-trip and get delayed somewhere. While I am happy to do what I can to rectify this, it usually is up to the customer to contact the carrier and track down where the package went to. I'm unable to get much information from the carrier once I've shipped your order.
Will my custom design be replicated for other customers?
No! If I work with you to develop a custom design for your own use, and you do not wish that design to be replicated, just be sure to mention that and the original designs that I work from will be mailed to you along with your finished order. Just please note that, since the finished beadwork is my work, it cannot be copied by other artists either. If you want more items with the same design, such as expanding an outfit or jewelry set, or more smudge bags to match a feather, etc, I'll be happy to work with you on that!
Do you mass produce your statement earring designs?
Yes and no. Most of my designs are regulars in the shop, meaning that I produce more of that design depending on demand and interest, so there won't be only one pair of a design in existence. However, due to the handmade nature of all my designs, no two items will ever be exactly alike, even though they were made from the same design. There might be two or three pairs of one earring design around, or perhaps up to fifty of them at some point - but I cannot 'mass produce' anything that I bead by hand, so there won't be three thousand pairs of an earring design around. And, since they are all handmade, every single pair will be slightly different and unique. That's the nature of beadwork.
